Terms and Conditions

• We require a safe place to plug in an extension cable to gain power. 

• We have a strict deposit policy. No deposit no booking. We require 50% to secure your booking. 

• We cannot control acts of traffic, delays due to other clients or acts of god. If we have to rearrange your booking due to unfortunate reasons we will book you in within 14 days or a refund will be honoured

• Heavily soiled vehicles will incur an additional charge depending on severity

• Chameleon Customs is unable to operate on busy roads due to health and safety and insurance purposes

• We have a zero cancellation policy – if you are unavailable for your booking, you will lose your deposit.

• Due to insurance purposes we will only work on private driveways which must be large enough to fit two cars side by side. 

• Additional charges if you are more than 3 miles away from Leicester City Centre.

• All valuables and baby seats must be removed before your appointment time – this is to ensure a prompt start on your booked package. Failure to do so will result in a delay and/or refusal to continue.

• Chameleon Customs accepts no responsibility to any loss or damage of property or belongings as a result of the work carried out.

• For all of our packages – once you have this package done by us, we accept no liability if the coating is stripped due to another company using harsh chemicals on your paintwork or bodywork as a result of you going to another valet service or any car wash after we treat your car. This is because other services may use unsafe chemicals which can strip the coating and ultimately result in damage.
