Last updated 01/09/2025
By making a booking with Chameleon Customs and allowing us to undertake any work, you agree to the below terms and conditions:
-
Power Supply
A safe and accessible power source is required at the location of your booking. Please ensure there is a suitable outlet available for us to connect our extension cable. -
Delays & Rescheduling
While we aim to arrive on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, previous clients, or unforeseen circumstances (including adverse weather and acts of God). If we are unable to attend your appointment, we will reschedule your booking within 14 days or issue a refund. -
Heavily Soiled Vehicles
Vehicles requiring additional cleaning due to excessive dirt, pet hair, staining, or other conditions may incur an extra charge depending on severity. -
Location & Safety
For health, safety, and insurance reasons, we cannot operate on busy roads. All work must take place on a safe, suitable surface. -
Cancellation Policy
If you are unavailable for your booking without prior notice, the appointment may be cancelled, and a refund will not be issued, and you may be refused any future services. -
Driveway Requirements
For insurance purposes, we only work on private driveways. Your driveway must be large enough to accommodate at least two cars side by side. -
Travel Charges
All mobile jobs are subject to travel charges, which will be confirmed at the time of booking. -
Preparation Before Appointment
Please ensure all valuables, personal belongings, and child seats are removed from your vehicle prior to our arrival. Failure to do so may cause delays or refusal of service. -
Liability
Chameleon Customs accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property or belongings during or after the service. -
Aftercare & Coating Policy
Once your chosen package has been completed, Chameleon Customs accepts no liability for coatings or treatments being stripped or damaged by other valeting services, hand car washes, or the use of harsh chemicals. Many third-party providers use unsafe products which can remove protective coatings and cause long-term damage to your vehicle’s paintwork.
